Psychologist Suellen Donnelly provides a holistic approach to well-being, integrating mindfulness practices with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), PTSD therapy and the general promotion of Positive Psychology.

Suellen’s clinical practice is with adults and adolescents experiencing a wide range of emotional or mental distress.  Suellen has assisted many adults manage their emotional challenges during her 18 years of private Psychology practice in Bangalow, Mullumbimby, Cardwell, Ingham, Lismore and now in Townsville.  “I love helping people make the most of their lives.”

provides a holistic approach to well-being with a background in Chinese Medicine prior to becoming a Psychologist.  Suellen incorporates stress management with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), complementing Buddhist based practices of mindfulness and mind training.  Studying Positive Psychology with Martin Seligman enables Suellen to encourage clients to flourish to their own potential.

Suellen Donnelly began mantra-style meditation practice in 1977, then adopted a more sensory focused meditation in 1981 while studying Chinese Medicine and Tai Chi in Brisbane.  Suellen’s training in Tibetan Buddhist mindfulness practices has coincides with her psychology counselling practice which began in Bangalow in 2003.
